How it works
During the Swordland event you enter a separate, special map. On this map there are different buildings you can capture that grant victory points — after being captured, they generate victory points over time. These buildings are the main objectives players fight over. Three buildings in the center unlock after 15 minutes and can then be captured as well. The big/strong players of the alliance take the buildings and defend them. Smaller governors can support the defense.
After another 15 minutes, mines unlock. They can be captured and used for mining. When you take over an enemy building, or when a building is defeated and lost, small objects appear around the building that can be collected once for additional victory points.
If you click the magnifying glass under the map (top right), you can see the mines. Click a mine there to jump directly to it.
Quick overview (rough):
- Attack red buildings - defend blue buildings. - If you’re not fighting: gather resources - Heal troops in between
Every 12 minutes you get a free teleporter to relocate on the Swordland map — same principle as in the normal game. Any additional relocations require the teleport items you can buy in the shop.
You can also attack (and be attacked by) enemy cities directly. If your castle drops to 0 HP, you will be teleported back to the starting area.
Additionally, every few minutes you receive movement speedups as well as healing speedups.
